Tasty food and cocktails, but too quiet in the summer evenings: a big dining area needs a livelier atmosphere. Much better as a brunch venue.

Stopped for coffee during a bike ride, had breakfast, and returned multiple times to sample more delicious breakfast dishes. Service is always good and personnel super friendly .

Popped in for a simple dinner on a very warm evening and we were astonished by the poor service. The waitress was friendly enough but failed to bring ice for my husbands canned drink so said she would bring some more. We waited but nothing, asked another waiter who said the other waitress will bring it but they were just really busy - there were 6 tables occupied at this point. Our pizzas were brought - still no ice. Side note - Pizzas were small and overcooked. Pizzas finished still no ice. Went to pay the bill (where 3 staff were all standing around doing very little) and pointed out that ice had never been brought so we wouldnt be paying for the canned drink which we hadnt even opened. They took it off the bill but no apology - they couldnt care less. Very disappointing as the venue is nice and the garden very pleasant.
