        This was a truly professional experience from beginning to end. It started with a friendly, welcoming greeting and my appointment was on time. The eye test was a relaxing, thorough and informative experience. I then went on to chat to a lady about the payment options and new glasses purchase; she was very helpful and patiently explained all the options carefully and I was able to take my time choosing new glasses which I love!
