        Everyone I communicated with at Planet Camping were friendly and i received the most exceptional example of good customer service I have ever experienced. They went over and above to help resolve our warranty issue with speed and efficiency ensuring our holiday was still possible, for this we couldn't be more grateful.

        Selk bag, bought one, item arrived next day as advertised then decided get one for the wife, it had gone twelve when I rang, but Mandy said it would make the courier. Arrived less than 24 hrs (23 exactly) both items at advertised price with free postage to Chesterfield, thanks Mandy and team, defo use again. Telephone order, very helpful and polite.

        I ordered an inflatable sofa, it arrived the next day and excellent customer service was given by the lady I spoke to on the phone. I would definitely order from Planet Camping again without hesitation.
