Forum Media & Design have been fantastic helping us with our website and we have received great feedback from our users. The graphics are excellent and people find the site fresh and easy to use. Rob has been patient and provided great advice through the project.

The guys at Forum Media and Design have helped us develop a website and enhanced social media presence in an amazingly short time. We have quite a complex business with literally 1000s of products so this has not been an easy task. We are really pleased with the result which is a functioning attractive site which is attracting not only online business but also which is being used as a tool by local customers , therefore encouraging more footfall into our shop. The hand holding , creativity and problem solving throughout the project has been brilliant. Further work has been done by Forum Media and Design to encourage us to use Google My Business on a regular basis to improve our Google rankings. This is paying off and we have tangible results. They have also worked on the site to increase search engine optimisation and we have learned a lot about tagging and how to maximise everything we do. We have been encouraged to run social media campaigns on Facebook, with the use of Facebook Shop and Instagram and advice ( and set up of Facebook Shop) given on these has been invaluable. They are keeping check on our progress and , through Mailchimp, are creating active email campaigns to grow our sales. At all stages, results are measured and presented to us in a clear way.
