Told them I liked and wanted to keep the current length of my hair (been growing it out for a while for a specific purpose), just wanted to take a little bit off the back and fringe, to tidy it up. When asked "more than half off?" I said "less than half". Instead they immediately razored off a chunk of the back, leaving me stuck locked into a shorter cut right from the outset. I feel as if I wasn't listened to at all. I did say when the barber did the fringe that this was shorter than I'd wanted, and he didn't seem to notice. The cut looks fine, but it's not what I asked for and I'm very disappointed. EDIT: Thank you for your response, and for the suggestions for a future visit, but I will not be coming back. Though the cut looks fine, it's not what I believe I was clear in asking for, and not one I find comfortable. Services: Hair shape up, Scissor cut

After being let down by my current barbers, these guys are enroute home from work and thought I'd give them a go. I'm super fussy about who cuts my hair and was nervous going in (I'm a woman with short back and sides and skin fade). All worries were quickly melted away when I was warmly welcomed in and quickly shown to the chair. We discussed the cut and even during the trim, (forgotten the guys name) kept checking in to make sure I was happy. Overall a little more money than I'd usually spend but I am really happy with the result and will be visiting regularly. Thanks guys!
