I cannot speak highly enough of this woman and her team; the dedication, the diligence, the commitment, the quality of their decoration - the list is endless. The most important quality I absolutely love about BED is the love for their craft; nothing is too much or too complicated. Every single detail is considered and they truly are masters of their craft. Thank you is such an inadequate word for my appreciation. They made my wedding special, they made my sister's wedding special. No one else does it quite like them!

DO NOT USE! Their communication was appalling and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. The owners husband threatened my husband by saying that their son would knock him out if he was there all because my husband referred to them as guys and not auntie/uncle, which as a customer we have no obligation to do so. This all took place at the end of our own wedding day when all my husband was doing was trying to find a solution to the problem at hand - a problem caused by the owners miscommunication. Some of the charger plates had dirt/leftover food pieces from the last customer who used them and some of the chairs had stains/marks on them so we had to clean them as we were setting them up. ***In response to their now deleted commentWe did not refuse to return the hired items, the owner said to my face not to worry as they had 2 vans or vice versa. Either way the mentioning of them having 2 vans implies that they were going to take said items themselves, which in turn does not mean in any way that we refused to return the items - hence the miscommunication on their end. Regardless of the situation the audacity the husband had to threaten my husband (the customer) is simply disgusting and unprofessional on all levels and clearly from their response they just want to be defensive instead of apologetic for their disgusting behaviour***
