Central Parade Post Office

I am absolutely appalled, at how rude & aggressive the older lady is in this post office. They should get rid of her, she is bad for business. She was shouting at me, as I have some stamps already on my package.

Hate going in here. The women speak to you terribly and arent clear at all. They have zero communication skills. No hello etc. they just point at the scales, then if you dont do it quickly or you do it at the wrong time they shout at you.

This post office should be shut down, or change of management. Went there 2 times today to top up my electricity key with my voucher. The younger lady said I needed a proof of ID, which I had on my phone, (passport) and my bank card, she rejected it, saying I needed a proof of address. Went back home got my bill, and my actual passport. Unfortunately, she wasnt there, met this horrified, miserable old lady there. Extremely rude and racist. Shes totally out of order. She said she cant accept my bill because its from the same company, was trying to tell her that her colleague said it was fine. She said rudely, Go Somewhere Else. My husband did warn me that, thats the most horrible place anyone wants to go, as he was treated badly 5yrs ago. I ignored him and went. This old wicked lady , shoved my letters back at me, saying go somewhere else, I am not going to listen to you.. am not sure if she deliberately throw my letter at me, as one fell, I just picked it up and left. But was all recorded and she was informed. I have called British gas, and they said it should have been accepted. We need to have a new post office in Addington. They will speak to you so badly that you might want to cry. I felt so bad. But seeing and reading these reviews makes me feel batter as I am not the only one. I doubt if they do see these reviews. I wish I could have given them 0 star. This place should be closed, or change management. They lacked customer service. Especially now that people are going through difficult times, we dont need such people to spoil our day.

The older woman was extremely rude and would not let me pay in my old 20. There is a sign clearly saying that you cant pay for items with old notes. Which I wasnt doing on the post office website it says that you can pay notes into youre account at any post office or bank but not as a form as payment I explained this for five minutes but she kept refusing. A grumpy old woman that wants to ruin everyone elses day
