        Never answers the phone, dont know how they do a repeat prescription service when you can never get through, Ive been in their and watched them ignore the phone, worst thing is if a GP needs to call them to check on meds

        Phone manner of whoever answered the phone, was rude and abrupt. Took 2 days for them to answer the phone , after 13 time of trying. Was told now to put a repeat prescription in , Im unable to do it over the phone and have to pop into the pharmacy. Even tho phone message still says between 10-12 & 2-4. Rude rude rude
