I am going to start by saying that I am fully aware of how important the reviews are for a professional business. I personally chose this business for my daughter's eye tests and glasses based on the reviews and up to this point, apart from an already resolved, hopefully, isolated incident ( in my defence and theirs, it is unlikely to find an apple tree with no rotten apples ), I was not wrong. Thanks to the Management Team, which found the incident completely out of their work pattern, showing top notch professionalism and total dedication towards the business, they have managed to turn a really bad situation into a pleasant one, exactly as it should have been in the first place. 4 stars for the back and forth, but it has been proven to me as a caring 5 stars business for the past 2 years.
