        We always use Ricky and his small team, both at home and work. He always turns up when he says he will, does an excellent job and is friendly and helpful. This time he removed and disposed of a huge water tank and replaced our immersion heater, at short notice, when it died just before Christmas. The only problem is that - being so good and popular - he is always busy, so can be hard to get hold of. However, once you're in touch, your job's in his diary and as good as done.
