Julie from Martek has been so helpful and patient with getting me the containers that I needed. I was in such desperate need for some early that she managed to help me through every step and I got the containers on time. Before opening my physical shop she also assisted me when I panicked about how the dispensers worked and sent me some slips to ease my worries (my bran flakes were too big!) The gravity dispensers themselves are a good shape and size. I brought large dispensers but I would advise depending on the product and wall conditions to not fill them fully. I worry the weight is a little too much. With the eco scoops I love metal handle as well as the look and style. My only bug about them is the lids often fall when you are scooping. For the price and style compared to competitors, I am happy I went with Martek.

Martek's customer service is amazing. Both Cameron and Julie were a pleasure to deal with and we have only high praise for them. The gravity dispensers, scoop bins, fusti drums and glass jars are easy to operate and look great in our new store!
