I just want to give credit where credit is due and I'm telling you now, you NEED to give Faith a pay rise! Recently, after a number of stressful communications with the surgery I lucked out and Faith answer the phone. THANK GOD. She went out of her way to help me retrieve 30 year old medical records, calling me and keep me updated when needed. I was very upset when I first spoke to Faith but she was so calm; she soothed, reassured and made me feel listened to. Thank you again!! :)

We were grateful to receive our first COVID vaccination this morning, and especially pleased as it was the Oxford/AstraZenica one. The whole process was swift and efficient with very little time spent waiting. All the staff and volunteers were professional, but also friendly and personable. We are lucky (and privileged) to have been directed to this great practice.

Open on a Sunday, there was no one else waiting, I was seen within 5 minutes! Cannot fault the service. NHS at it's best.
