Returned to the UK 15 months ago and assumed I would have to wait 3 years before getting a mortgage with big name lender. Payam sorted one out very quickly and had a mortgage offer in place within 3 days of having an offer accepted on a property. Impeccable service and no doubt will use again when my mortgage deal comes up for renewal.

Niche's team managed to obtain a mortgage for my Wife And me. Due to my previous medical and adverse credit history, the team succeeded. Even though Payam Azadi admitted, he encountered hurdles he had not experienced before. he still prevailed and did not give up. Very impressed with Payam Azadi and his team's dedication. Also, all the other services he recommended such as life insurance, solicitors, etc were also fantastic. Definitely recommend Niche Advice to all.
