Paul had some personal issues at the time of our job, but after quoting an acceptable time to complete the job in (and us arranging other trades around that), he then regularly didnt show up, or when he did turn up, turned up at 10:30/1am for 2-3 hours. This had significant knock on effects on the rest of the project. As well as the above, he made an enormous amount of holes in the walls/ceilings, but this stage with the plastering work having been done. There are a number of problems with items he had fitted, but rather than take a customer focused approach he instead refuses to come back. Initially he was going to, but then after multiple excuses he no just blames it on items that we supplied (brand new and high quality). At the very least he could look at it and identify the problem, we paid him a significant 4 figure sum for the job in the first place..
