Would give a 0 if I could. This practice is the worst. Dr Baskaran is reluctant to send you to any tests he claims youre young and healthy, there shouldnt be any issues. A lot of the time I have diagnosed myself and gone to him and he prescribed me for that. Very dismissive of any concerns. Talks rudely to my mother.

I would also give a 0 if possible, I also am having extreme trouble trying to get my mental health repeat prescription, I have no pills to help me now, I have mental issues which means they have gotta phone for my prescription, but after 39 years they suddenly stopped doing it today for no reason what so ever apart from what I can only guess is to be even more lazy. The Dr's are affective but the receptionists would rather hang up then deal with mental health issues and there receptionist Louise would rather hang up on you then deal with mental health issues. They are a joke, stay away at all costs

If I could you would get 0, absolutely useless, left someone with severe mental health without medication for 4 days and still won't administer a prescription, was meant to do a sick note 2 weeks ago but nothing has been done, should be a GP, clearly can't handle the stress of patients and the receptions staff are pretentious and condescending, all about as useful as a chocolate teapot

I have always received excellent care at Dr Baskaran and glad to have them as my GP for the past 10 years!
