The downside however is that because it's just one women running everything (which is impressive, but doesn't quite work for the customer sadly) she answers calls and has to speak to any walk ins while you wait, during or in between appointments. At one point during the facial people were actually in the room that I was laying in.
I would go back for everything other than the massage, it's just not the right setting for that type of service
