A beautiful place to walk the dog or cycle or just walk. There are great views over the River Wear Valley and plenty of space for children to run. With lots of different routes depending on your ability there is something for every one. There's a wheelchair/pushchair path around the top whee you can see the Wicker Man and Children looking over the valley below
