Some of the buses don't have the route numbers on the front, they just have 'coachstyle' on the digital display. I was waiting at the bus stop for one, I put my arm out to indicate I wanted to board but the driver just carried on and didn't stop.

Friendly and helpful bus drivers. On time schedule. Love the reform of bus 99 route from Chippenham to Malmesbury to Swindon. Now I can catch a bus in the same bus stop every time, no need to walk to different bus stations for different day and time. Keep it up.

Can't say I hate it but the paying by cash only rule is archaic and inappropriate for 2022. Contactless payments are safer and more secure and better for the balance books than cash. Tried actually paying in cash, but the bus driver didn't want my note as he had no change. He offered a free ride so I can't knock at it for the service. During the same ride I scraped up the fee in loose coins + tip for the dudes service. I'm paid well and not broke, it's hard to get cash out these days unless its notes from a machine. This issue could be avoided by supporting the tried and true card payment system - this almost seems like a weird attempt at avoiding fees by Visa or something?
