We have a small portfolio of properties across the Uk and as we have now retired abroad, we use several different property management agents. In our opinion Zoe and her team are by far the best agents we have ever used. Communications are always good, her tradesman are always fairly priced and work is always completed to a good standard She is always fair with the tenants whilst at the same ensuring that the rights of the landlord are maintained and the property is not being abused. Horror stories abound regarding nightmare tenants and as a result many people shy away from investing in this market. If you are a responsible landlord looking for a hassle free investment, I strongly recommend using the services of this company . Your home will be in safe hands.
