        The system this surgery uses is not designed to be kind to patients. ASKGP is an emailed based system completely impersonal whereby you are treated like a computer not a human being. How can GPs' judge a patient without even seeing or speaking to the patient. Complete lack of empathy to patient and great for protecting GPs' from patients, disgraceful.

        At this difficult time of year along with the additional pressures of Strep A and COVID I wanted to thank you. I sent a request in at just after 7am this morning on ask my GP and at 8.30am you were calling me with an appointment for 9am!!!. GPs are getting a lot of stick at the moment but you are phenomenal. Thank you..
