        Awful customer service. Average wait time in excess of 30 minutes. Then you get so annoyed of their white noise music you have to end the call. It's depressing. Been waiting 7 months and two surveyor's later still no repairs.These repairs need fixing toilet downstairs window panes blown bathroom floor needs reboarding due to botch job on heating. Back door warped and rotten back gate needs boarding. Promised new kitchen no one has had one materialize yet in the neighborhood. Yeah cracking support and service.

        I rent my flat of them, and yes I carnt moan, but they have allowed some drug dealers in the middle block, I can not stand
