Have used JG Comms for over 15 years and always been very pleased with John's personal service, helpfulness, honesty and response times. He has always been very professional and has given us genuine feedback on when he is the best option and when it may be better to use something or someone else. A rare find!

We have used JG Comms at our school for the past 6 years, and I find them (and the owner John) to be excellent. John is always really helpful, quick to respond, and pragmatic with solutions. One of the best contractors we deal with.

Appalling attitude to customers Having submitted a simple query about an invoice I received hostile and totally unprofessional responses from John. Messages were not only totally unhelpful but were insulting and uncalled for. I have never dealt with such a rude person. Edit: The response to this review highlights my points perfectly. There is never an excuse to speak to your new, old or existing customers in this way.
