Platinum plumbing provided me with the guidance, support and repair that I really needed when part of my water heating exploded. It was a frightening time dealing with this, but the company were reassuringly supportive and helped to make the situation safe (via remote support) until a repair could be done the following day. Adam responded promptly to our request for help when we discovered our downstairs loo had been leaking for weeks if not months. Adam is freindly yet professional, very tidy work, and he not only fixed the leak but replaced some pipework to ensure it is less likely to happen again all for a reasonable cost, all in all great value. Adam and Co are local, efficient, courteous, reliable and knowledgeable. Theyve helped me with the removal of an old unwanted gas pipe, the replacement of bathroom taps and a new valve for a washing machine wall connection recently. I would gladly recommend them.
