        I was desperate to get my ears unblocked and came across Waxyears who had an appointment available. I booked online which was easy and explained everything I needed to know. Scott greeted me and made me feel at ease. I knew my ear was very blocked and it turned out to be so. Scott was very thorough and worked slowly and carefully to remove the wax. I was absolutely thrilled to be able to hear clearly again out of both ears. I shall definitely be visiting again and can highly recommend Waxyears.

        I was desperate to get my ears cleaned as they had been blocked for a fortnight and were starting to be a real concern. Scott kindly booked me in to a last-minute cancellation; I was delighted. I can hear again! Very professional consultation, full explanation of the treatment/process and very approachable but professional manner with clients. Will go again and will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

        Such a lovely man. Thought my ears were full of wax, but found out that I have loss of hearing instead. Scott went above and beyond to do a hearing test just to check my hearing.. although it wasn't the news I wanted, he was so reassuring. Would highly recommend him to anyone!
