Sadly disappointed with this agent. Valued our home high, we went mid range. Low level of viewings, poor communication from some staff, back tracked on agreed notice period. Gave them every opportunity to sell our home and we were pro active and responsive, they were lacking. Shockingly it appears they also discuss your homes value and feedback they received with random potential buyers when you are no longer marketing with them!!

We recently purchased a property through Clarke Mews (Netley office) and from our first phone call with Rachael, it was very clear that she offers a professional and customer focused approach. Rachael was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable and helpful, she put our mind at rest when negotiating and always called back when promised. We were then passed over to Polly, she progressed our purchase thoroughly and was very informative every step of the way, her communication was spot on. We never had to wait for calls or emails back as responses were almost instant. We cannot fault the service that we received from Rachael & Polly, it has been a pleasure to deal with them both and we would absolutely recommend Clarke Mews!
