Lawrence Martin is a serial fraudster. He came to us pretending to be someone else (Arron Bushnell). He told us our roof needed to be replaced when there was nothing wrong with it. He extorted 6800 out of me and has refused to refund. Trading standards are looking to prosecute.

AVOID - now has 10 CCJS against company , owes money to customers and supplies, bad workman ship, does not turn up, does not do refunds, look at LM maintenance on companies house. no longer lives at 7 ferryman's Lawrence Charles Martin and his father Colin Charles Martin are the worst type of traders

Be careful with this company its the worse nightmare you could ever imagined! So we hired them to get our bathroom done. Spoke very nice, said everything will be done the way we wanted but once we payed the deposit which includes all the materials we agreed suddenly you can only choose from 2 the cheapest kind of tiles, if you want something else need to pay extra, the toilet also needed to pay extra and again the cheapest one! The contract stated the job will be done within 7 to 10 days. Ok I get it its due covid could be a bit delayed but it took 8 long weeks! Million excuses every day someone got covid someone sick in the hospital etc etc. And so they left us without bathtub for 5 weeks! Had to go to friends house take a shower. Another thing - the workers are very incompetent, they admitted have never done tiling before and the job done is awful. The tiles chipped 2 days after they gone. Do not recommend this company, they only fast to take the money and the quality is very very poor...
