I liked that each stage is separate and can be paid for individually. I didn't feel rushed, all charges were transparent and she returned the designs to me both electronically and by post before expected. I do not hesitate in recommending her services.

I recommend Carolyn without hesitation. We re-visited some old plans for a single-storey extension that had never been carried out. Carolyn was very helpful, looking at these with fresh eyes and bringing them up to date, listening and responding to various worries I had about the build. I particularly liked the fact that we could carry out the process in stages and also well-adapted to social distancing requirements. The project is now finished, two years later, with her ideas translated into reality. It is a joy to walk into the kitchen each morning - thanks to Carolyn and her associate, Alex Carr, for the excellent and affordable advice and design work.

Carrie was fantastic. She came out for a consultation and ended up staying the entire day. In that time she helped develop our plans, measure up the house, sketch out ideas and answer all of our questions. She really listens and has so many useful ideas. I thoroughly recommend her.
