        When telling the lady on the phone that I would need a wheelchair accessible taxi she responded with oh for god sake. May be a good taxi company but will not longer use due to her lack of respect and attitude. Sorry that people are calling a taxi company asking for taxi maybe reconsider your career choices if you are unable to show respect to customers

        Refused to pick my wife and I up at 8 pm . Used them before and had excellent service. They also put the phone down on me. Very disappointed .

        Not interested in taking a booking to Birmingham. Perhaps their satnav doesn't work outside of Dudley
