        So I book a van over the phone, told there is one available, go through reservation etc, all done..I turn up to collect it and told there are no vans available, what a complete waste of time.

        Arrived for an early booking, was checked in by a really friendly colleague, who explained everything clearly. Had to wait a little while for the vehicle to be ready which was frustrating, however the colleague made me feel really valued as a customer and recognised I had to wait, and gave me a gesture of goodwill, which I appreciated. The car was just what I needed, presented well- clean and tidy. When I dropped the car off, I was equally well looked after. Overall I had a positive impression, and would use Enterprise again.
