Excellent experience, as a non hands on person. I contacted pipewerks when I had no heating or hot water. I met Lee, who was honest, knowledgeable, and just a very pleasant person to speak with. They were punctual, fixed my issues quickly without suggesting anything crazy like boiler changes ect. Will 100% be using for all my boiler needs. Could not fault pipewerks! 100% recommended.

Lee was brilliant and efficient. I needed my old boiler replacing. I was quoted fairly and the work done was to a great standard. Very timely, polite and clean work. Would recommend for any boiler replacements or service needs

I came across Pipeworks after searching the internet and Facebook for a gas engineer and plumber in Essex after my boiler needed replacing ahead of the winter months. Pipeworks provided me a brilliant service, from my initial consultation, receiving my quote to the full installation and after care - the service was second none! I was covered with a full warranty and offered finance to pay off my boiler installation which was a big saviour ahead of a very expensive period! Overall a great experience, highly recommend!

So pleased to have used this company for the replacement of eleven radiator to designer rads. They also serviced the gas boiler. Very clean and professional. Would most certainly use again.
