        Was given available appointments by text, replied back in 15mins with date required and was told over 6 hours later the following...... "Hi mate. Sorry about this, this is the only problem with text and email. Dates go so fast. Friday slot has gone ? Wednesday am still available at the moment or w/c 19th still. Let me know asap Dave." I guess ASAP is faster than 15 mins and don't expect a reply in 6 hours. I had also asked for the call out cost (it is a mobile repair service) did not get an answer. I cannot comment about there ability to service a lawn mower and I do not wish to find out.

        Used these guys when my mower wouldnt start. Dave turned up promptly and worked his magic and now the Mrs is happy and my ears have stopped hurting
