Every time I try to use the post office here, the staff can never seem to find the correct address on their system? Despite it being an address provided by the Royal Mail through eBay.
They refuse to send any item unless they can find it on their computer. If their computer says no, then they wont send it, even if its a fully valid address that I have received mail from.
This has happened 3 times in the last 12 months, the staff were totally unable to find the address and couldnt help me in any other way, meaning I made 3 wasted trips.
I wont be using the post office here again. The shop is fine but the post office side is absolutely useless.
