        Absolutely shocking experience. We went at beginning of April and it was absolutely freezing. Dont expect the stove to do anything, its ridiculously small and doesnt throw out any heat at all. I was hopeful for a wonderful experience with my 2 girls but they woke up shivering and we only stayed the 1 night out of 4 nights booked. The stove kettle stank and hadnt been cleaned, the hot tub didnt even have water in when we arrived and the boat was padlocked with no paddles. All extras that we paid for and expected to be ready. I wasnt going to complain as I generally dont, however they rang afterwards and asked for details so I told them all about it. The company response from that point was nothing short of insulting and derogatory, taking zero accountability and offering the same 75 discount for my next stay that Id already been offered by auto email after the stay ended. Shocking company, woeful experience and 500 down the drain.
