        Called them as I had a badly leaking domestic oil tank ... fuel was literally spraying out into a field. Their website said they cold arrage "Emergency Pump Outs". The "snotty" lady who answered the phone said "we're not taking on any more work at the moment" ... I only live 5 miles away... if they couldn't even consider helping in an emergency, then I wouldn't go near them.
