My Husband and I popped into Ray Chapman late in the day on Monday to see if we could test drive an XC60 as we had to make a decision between this and another car from a different dealer. Tom is a credit to the team at Ray Chapman. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. We have had the misfortune to deal with several other dealerships in our area and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Tom and ultimately part of the decision to buy a Volvo. No sales pitch, just an honest professional who is very good at his job - well done Tom.

Whilst away from home I had a Start/Stop Service Required message pop up and decided to speak with Ray Chapman Volvo York and my local dealer. I decided to use the York dealership and have been very impressed from initial call, dropping the car off, courtesy of the staff and collecting; additionally the price quoted was much better and the drive after collecting was amazing. Not sure what they did but the car feels much more responsive, the automatic gear changes are faster and slicker and the car feel amazing. Many thanks for sorting and Im happy to recommend.

I would just like to thank Dan Eddon for the amazing service he gave us during the whole buying process. After looking for a new Volvo V60 for a couple of months, Dan managed to find us the car of our dreams within a couple of days. The whole process was completed remote due to the fact we are from Glasgow.
