If you want to get let down, give this guy a call! Mike Read. He was due to complete some works for us today, however, last night at around 8PM he called to say he wouldn't be coming because... wait for it...
"I fell down a loft hatch and I've hurt my back"
It was only the following the day when my partner called to say that he wanted a boiler fitting and he said, "I'm fitting a boiler right now so I can't make it"
A total let down and I'm very disappointed, especially as this person came on a recommendation.
