I have used Chat Noir a few times, for personal (my wedding) and professionally (for work videos) I have been very impressed with the professionalism of both Dan and Mark, the speed at which they respond to requests, and the end production of the work. The end products exceeded my expectations, because of the knowledge and experience that they contributed. As a non technical person they took my gibberish ideas and turned it into brilliance. I've had the pleasure of working with Chat Noir Productions on two different projects. A rock club promotional video and my photography business's promotional video. They have been fantastic. Turn-a-round times are creatively reasonable and the end results always speaks for themselves. They listen and act on all requirements and details in my briefs and I've had no issues with adding suggestions or changes during the creative process. Reasonable pricing for professional content. Asked for a number of Video's to be placed onto DVD as a present for my mum. Provided an excellent service. all Video's were great quality when put onto DVD and well presented. would definitely use again
