In my opinion extremely slow to respond to queries and give you a bit of a run around. Complete and utter time wasters. Went to another heritage glass repairer/provider for my window repair and job was sorted within days.

I contacted Keith for advice on a listed property we were working on. His advice and knowledge was invaluable to us. He was able to source and supply us with glass that was of the best quality and hard to come by. I would highly recommend Keith and his staff and look forward to working with them again in the future.

K.G. Bell replaced the glass in half of our windows as they had gone foggy. Initial visit for a quote was impressive as Keith is very knowledgeable, don't think I've ever met someone who knows so much about windows! Received the quote quickly after and seemed to be a reasonable price and with it being a local family business we were happy to go ahead. Tim at the shop is really friendly and Ryan who fitted the glass did a great job, it's nice to have a clear view looking out of the windows :-) would definitely recommend this company and will be back whenever we need something else doing in the future.

Absolutely beautiful product and excellent service every step along the way. We had view of the design and was able to change it slightly before production. Company was always clear on timelines. What a result. Door still to be sanded and painted obvs!
