Paid 6 months rent and a seposit on a property in leasowe wirral totaling 3150 for a property that's full of damp, can't even use bedroom and there's a balcony that's held in by one screw that's u safe to use. When I complained they said they would get the work done 3 weeks later nothing, when I called to complain again to the manager she said if I dont like it she will make my life hell and make me homless. Its now in the hands of my solicitor. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They steal money and don't fox any issues to make it habitable to live.

a terrible service and on top of that they have stolen money from our deposit with the excuse that there was humidity in the house, the humidity is not our fault, there is humidity throughout the building, the truth is that whenever we had a problem they took time to respond and now They have taken 2 weeks to return the deposit and to our surprise they take away part of the money due to humidity, I recommend you avoid this company.

Buyers beware! This score should be zero. After having our offer accepted on 'The Ramblers', 1 Long Street, Wheaton Aston, Staffs, ST19 9NF, last week, we were stunned to receive a 1 line email at lunchtime today, from Diamond, advising us that the vendors, without explanation, have decided to pull out of the sale. Having invested a lot of time of professionals (surveyors, experts in Grade ll listed buildings, eyc.), this is clearly unacceptably unprofessional behaviour. Funnily enough, Gayle was 'not available' to take our call this afternoon - neither has she had the decency to return it. This stinks. We will be watching - very carefully - any future sale of this property. Note the vendors have paid 300k and then marketed it at nearly 400k stating they have a 450k valuation! If this helps, we had budgeted an extra 100k (that we would need to invest over and above purchase price). A full structural level 3 survey on a grade 2 listed property is approx 1500.00 plus VAT.
