When i visited here with my family then i just told pump is not clean then he behaved rude and disrespectful the customer so next time i cant see this guy (Sanna) who deal with like that other at least deal with smile see off like this complaint by my elder brother okay

This garage opened 3 weeks back and now has a mini Waitrose on the forecourt. I have filled the car up 3 times and attempted to purchase some food on each occasion, but to no avail. This morning, yet again all the fridges are empty along with most of the shelves. The member of staff advises me this is due to Xmas deliveries and Covid. REALLY - it's called bad management! To top it off, the cashier scanned my points for the petrol as I don't collect them!!! Waitrose get a grip as this is clearly not reflecting well on you. Update - 27/03/2022, yet again after 3 months there is still no food in the fridges, I counted 12 fridges operating and you could turn 11 of them off. If you want junk food off the shelves then you have plenty. Waitrose get a grip and sort this store out!!!! The garage either needs new management or Waitrose does.
