Food was brought out. No cutlery or any offer of them. Was offered condiments so asked for some sources and never recieved them. The waitress never once came to ask if we needed anything. They didn't even have to curtesy to offer napkins. So was expected to eat a overly greasey burger with our fingers and no napkins to wipe our hands or mouths. Went to the bar to complain and got given bar paper napkins. They took our details and said the general manager was going to email us with something not sure what. However. This email never arrived. Not a great expierence especially for the price.
