Very hard mattress which arrived damaged. The company's attitude was one of tough luck and even seemed to think it was funny. There is no trial period, so unless you want to be stuck with a very firm tension mattress which you cannot return, shop elsewhere.

Got very useful advice from the site and it's live chat, helped me pick the right mattress and after spinal surgery that mattered, ordered a king size and the right choice has made a big difference to my spine and my sleep of course - really recommend the mattresses and the Sloane and sons company. I have a Super King sized Sloane & Sons mattress and it is the comfiest mattress I have ever had. It arrived the day after delivery and was easy to unpack in the bedroom and was ready to use within a couple of hours. Thanks Sloane & Sons!
