Wasnt looking forward to coming here seeing reviews of grumpy FLT drivers etc. Couldnt have found them friendlier, not a bad tip.

Booked in for delivery at 1000arrived early at 0915 due to traffic being quieter than usual. The corridor where you need to book in is very noisy and you can hardly hear what the person at the desk is saying to you. Eventually got told what bay to go onto to get tipped at roughly 1010. At 1230 they were taking the last pack off. Had to sit in the truck the whole time in 27c+ heat and not allowed to run the engine to have the air conditioning on. Attitude of all workers there is horrendous. As I left I followed another lorry out and sitting at the junction to the main road the lorry infront started to roll back to which I blasted the horn. HTC employees then called my company and said I was speeding on site and I blasted the horn to get another driver to get out the way. I simply blasted the horn as if I hadn't the lorry infront of me would have rolled back and hit me. If I was speeding then so was the lorry infront of me as I was just following it out off the site. Perhaps they should concentrate on getting lorries tipped rather than calling companies to report drivers for trying to prevent an accident.
