Maison Investments

Maison recently helped with the rennovation of my basement. They arranged and co-ordinated everything from damp proofing, plastering, window fittings and much more. Great people to communicate with, I was always kept upto speed with the project and they always made sure my needs were met. Thankyou to all of the team!

I can not recommend Maison Investments enough, the refurbishment of my mother's house which was tired and old is now a modern dwelling. Lewis kept me updated along the way which i found very helpful. Well done.

Horrible company. Watched his workers remove fencing on one of his properties to expose of a vulnerable young family. Horrible man to speak to. AVOID!!!!

I have known Martin and Lewis of Maison investments since the incorporation of the company in February 2017. I had been recently widowed and was struggling for sufficient income to manage day to day; my savings were providing very little return. In 2018 having seen some of the property renovations they had completed, which were of a very high standard, I felt comfortable to discuss all the options of investing in their company for 18 months and thus getting a far better return on my savings. They clearly explained the whole investment process and it was all actioned via a clear and concise written contract. They made me feel part of the process every step of the way from viewing the house my investment was attached to, stage by stage renovations and the finished product, again all to a very high standard. The interest payments were always paid on time and they were always personable and happy to answer any questions over a coffee. I would not hesitate to invest in their company in the future.

After my divorce I didn't have quite enough money to buy my own home for my son and I. I then came across Maison Investments! I was lucky enough to move into one of there beautiful rentals and also discussed investment opportunities . With the property having been renovated too an incredibly high standard it gave me a real insight into what Martin and Lewis were capable of which then prompted me to feel safe with investing with them. Maison Investments offered a return which was so much higher than anything else I could find and was risk free. These guys have changed mine and my sons life, they are very professional but also nothing is ever too much trouble. The whole process of investing was very simple and explained thorough with a clear and concise contract in place. They are amazing landlords and are very creative with investment opportunities. I wish them every success and look forward to investing with them again in the future. I chose to invest with them as I was looking for a higher return than I was getting in my savings account. They explained the process, took me for a tour around the property they were looking to add value to, and explained what they were planning to do with it. Once complete they showed me the finished product which was such a transformation. As agreed they returned the money I invested plus interest on top, which was an added bonus before Christmas. Very genuine guys.
