I definitely feel fitter, stronger and healthier. Trainers are helpful and sessions are adapted for novices and advanced alike. There is also a nice feeling of comraderie at sessions. Highly recommend.

I joined Overpower at the start of the year - and have enjoyed every single session since. Before joining OP, I did minimal exercise as always made the excuse that I was too busy being mum. The number of different timed sessions over a week mean I can easily get in 3/4 sessions. Every instructor is friendly, fun and most importantly varies the sessions. Ive never felt bored or wished the session to end. Ive also made some fabulous friends who make me laugh every single time - win,win! Three months in, Im feeling stronger, toned and my energy is through the roof. I feel like Im a better mum - and wife - to my family. Thank you OP and all the instructors - I cant wait to see where my OP journey goes next.

A great fitness group to be a part of. The sessions are great - tough but with brilliant trainers, great music and lovely fellow members. The sessions are varied and include stretches, cardio and strength work. Unlimited Membership also includes lifestyle and nutrition advice and 4 yearly challenges to take part in to kick you back into gear when your old bad habits are creeping back in. I would definitely recommend Overpower.
