Never been able to not get a face to face appointment, receptionists are always very friendly and helpful.

E-Consult always turned off and phone lines always busy and get cut off. Service is awful I can understand they are short staffed surely this should be addressed and more staff to be hired. Its putting more strain on the Hospitals. When you do get through your promised solutions that never happen and seem to take forever to get a resolution.
