        I went along to see Laurie today. I was totally deaf in my right ear which I found to be very distressing. What a wonderful professional and caring woman she is. She explained everything she was going to do with me. I was totally at ease, and in no time at all I could hear!!! Please do not hesitate to see this wonderous woman.

        Visited Laurie today over a problem with my right ear .she removed wax that had built up in it with great ease and little fuss and I can now hear much clearer and better and the high pitch noise I have had coming from my ear is gradually fading .Thank you so much Laurie .ps I shan't be using no more cotton buds I have learnt my lesson
