Gave my car to them for urgent works which was done very speedily to no problems, the original work was completed on March 18th and the car given back on the same day without invoice, which was an MOT and Service, they then did further works in April which was fixing a broken window system so the window stayed up but not functional (cheap fix as requested). Their son then washed the car on May 22nd, of which they have then kept the car on dispute of payment (which I never said I would not pay, I merely asked for an invoice for all works completed) They sent me 3 invoices totalling 1017.17 on JUNE 26TH after holding my car against my will, for over a month without telling me how much I owe them. This left me without a vehicle, and I requested an invoice multiple times in this month of which their tone made it sound as if I was the one being unreasonable. I might add I was prepared to pay and requested invoice on all occasions that work commenced. Good work, absolutely unreasonable business person. The stress caused by this situation is imeasurable.
