Cant really complain, seems a lot better then our previos surgery, rarely been unable to get an appointment and staff very helpful. Only thing is they are usually, without fail running 20/30 mins behind, but thats patients fault, like to get theyre monies worth

Been trying to make an appointment for the last 2 months...everytime get told they are fully booked

Worst doctors I've had the pleasure of visiting. We took our 7 month old baby in as we could clearly see and hear he had the signs of a cold/chest infection, instead of giving us antibiotics or anything to help with it they said he's fine, 2 days later he can barley breathe and awake all night screaming, surely they could have helped prevent it from getting this bad.

When you get to see a doctor they are helpful. Its just getting an appointment in the first place. It can take ages. I feel like you have to nearly be dead to get one. You have to take a day off work to phone up in the morning.. and they then usually only have two appointments left!! i dont understand how so many people can be ill everyday. You cannot book in advance unless you fill in a special form. You should be able to phone up and say can i come in next week around this time like they do at the dentist. But no. The doctors i have seen here are lovely. But the set up for booking an appointment is terrible.
