        The product is excellent and our installer was very good also completing the installation quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Regrettably the time taken between ordering and installation was nearly four months and was only completed after I had written a letter reminding the MD of his obligations under the contract. This is a shame as previous work completed for me by Suffolk Windows was carried out promptly at the same high standard
